Comforting Pink Sisters partners with Your Bosom Buddies (YBB). YBB's mentorship program is for newly or recently diagnosed breast cancer patients. YBB assigns a mentor who is a breast cancer survivor and who will assist you by listening to your breast-cancer related concerns during treatment and for as long as you need after treatment. These meetings are a chance to meet and talk with other people who really understand what it is like to receive a diagnosis of breast cancer. Some meetings are educational with speakers on various topics of interest to those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Others are for "caring and sharing" where new and returning Buddies share their personal experience(s) with breast cancer.
